Membership Toolkit is the WS PTO headquarters where you'll find Program Signups, School Directory, Calendars and more! All parents are encouraged to become members of the WS PTO. 

 

Membership allows your family to:

  • Receive emails and reminders about school events and activities
  • Access all information on the WS PTO website
  • Access the online school directory
  • Register for WS PTO-run programs
  • Access the Directory & Calendar information from your mobile devices using the Membership Toolkit App**

LET'S GET STARTED!

Step 1: Create Account 

    Follow these steps to create a Membership Toolkit account:

  1. Click the Create Account button above!
  2. If you already have a Membership Toolkit account for a different organization, enter your email address and password on the Sign in page and click Login. Proceed to Step 2 below.
  3. If you do not have a Membership Toolkit account, click Create Account.
  4. Enter your First NameLast NameEmail AddressPasswordRetype Password and click verify my email.
  5. Wait to receive an email and click the Verify My Email link within the body of the email.
  6. The Account Creation page is displayed. Enter your password and click Create Account.

Step 2: Enter Family Contacts 

    Now that you have a Membership Toolkit account, provide your Family Information:

  1. The Sales and Registration Forms page is displayed. Click Family Contact Information  link under Adult and Student Information.
  2. On the Adult Information page, enter your contact details for both parents/guardians and click Next Step.
  3. On the Student Information page, click Add Student.
  4. Enter your child's information. Please note: Select "TBD" for your child's class teacher and Pack. These will be assigned at the end of summer. 
  5. For each additional child that you have at the Washington School, click I have another student and enter the child's information.
  6. Click Save.
  7. The Directory & Publish Preferences page is displayed.
  8. Select what information you want to be made available to other WS PTO members in the online directory. Only verified WS families with paid WS PTO membership have access to the online directory.
  9. Select consent, as appropriate, for your child(ren) for publishing student information and images.
  10. Click Save.

Step 3: Join WS PTO

    Now that you have provided your contact information, continue to purchase WS PTO Membership:

  1. On the Sales and Registration Forms page, select WS PTO Membership for the current year.
  2. On the WS PTO Membership page, select WS PTO Membership, agree to the WS PTO Membership Terms and consider an optional donation to the PTO.
  3. Consider donating to the Millburn Education Foundation by selecting the appropriate level.
  4. Click Add to Cart.
  5. Either click Proceed to Cart or register for other programs.
  6. On clicking Proceed to Cart, the Checkout page is displayed. Click Pay Now with Credit or Debit Card.
  7. On the Credit Card Page, enter your payment details and click Continue.
  8. Click Place Order.

Please Note: You must complete the process of purchasing WS PTO membership (add to cart and checkout) in order to register for WS PTO sales and programs.

 

Now that you are a WS PTO Member you will have immediate access to all of the information available on our amazing website and be able to register for all PTO programs, access the directory, check out the calendar, and more!

 

 
**Note: The Membership Toolkit App is NOT included in the PTO Membership fees.
The App is available on the App Store for iPhones and iPads and Google Play for Android.
The app allows you to view the WS PTO calendar and directory on your smartphone or mobile device.  If you belong to more than one organization using Membership Toolkit, all of your Toolkits can be organized in one app.
